Carolyn Wattley a native Virgin
Islander with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management
and Masters Degree.
Ms. Wattley's love for sports and
children encouraged her to accept the position of
Secretary for the VI Amateur Boxing Federation in 2004.
Ms. Wattley is also in the process of
finding grants to assist the Federation in obtaining an
after school program
